Energy Drink Recipes

Monster / Rockstar / Red Bull Copy

  • 8 oz of Sparkling Apple Cider (carbonated)
  • 160mg of Sweet Liquid Caffeine

Mix the two and that’s it. I got this idea from the internet claiming it tasted just like the brand name energy drinks. Wow, you gotta try this as it blew me away on how good it is.

Grape Fizz

6oz of Grape Juice
2oz of Carbonated Water
160mg of Liquid Caffeine

Mix all three ingredients together by gentling stirring them. The Grape Fizz is what I like to call it. I especially like that the carbonation seems to get the caffeine into my system even faster. Love It!

Sparkling OJ (orange juice)

8oz of OJ
8oz of Sparkling Water
240mg of Liquid Caffeine

Mix and consume for hours and hours of energy and extreme focus.

5 Hour Shot – Copy

First, drink some grape cough syrup! Just kidding, but that’s what 5 hour reminds me of. Add 1/4 tsp of Sweet Caffeine to 3oz of Grape Juice, then add some Liquid B Vitamins. Consume!

Cool-Aid Energy Blast

12oz Bottle of Gatorade
160mg of either sweet or regular liquid caffeine

School Aid

I use Koolaid singles with a bottle of water.
Before you go to class just add the Liquid Caffeine (I use 3 teaspoons for a 250 mg energy drink,) directly to the water.
I get to my college class and add my Koolaid single to the water and viola! Everyone thinks im just drinking koolaid when in fact Im drinking an energy drink that puts a rockstar drink to shame.

Jell-o Shots

  • One box of jell-o
  • 1 ounce of liquid caffeine

Mix the caffeine with jell-o (while still hot). Pour mix into small 1oz cups. They make great party shots.

Crazy Cakes

2-cups of pancake mix
1 cup of milk or water
2oz of Liquid Caffeine

Mix ingredients and make the pancakes as you normally would.

Body Wash with Caffeine

One bottle of your favorite body wash
2oz of Liquid Caffeine

Mix the caffeine with your body wash. The key is to leave the body wash on your skin for about 60 seconds before rinsing it off (this allows the caffeine time to penetrate the skin). Freakin’ Amazing Energy Blast to start your day

Crazy Hair Care

Favorite Shampoo or Conditioner
2oz of Liquid Caffeine

Add the Liquid Caffeine to your shampoo or conditioner. Lather, leave on for 60 seconds, rinse, and repeat.

Cellulite Reducer

One bottle of your favorite body lotion
2oz of Regular Liquid Caffeine

Remove the cap from your body lotion and remove about 2-3oz of the lotion. Add the liquid caffeine. Shake well and let sit for about 5 minutes. Now, every time you apply the lotion you will be fighting cellulite as well. It’s a well known fact that most cellulite reducer products contain caffeine.

Eye Puffiness Reducer

One bottle of Regular Caffeine

Simply rub a small amount of the Liquid Caffeine under your eye (be sure not to get it in your eyes). Check most eye reducer products and you will see that caffeine is the main active ingredient. Just think about all of the money you will save by doing this trick.

Insane Workout Drink

Liquid Caffeine (regular or sweet)
Liquid B Vitamins

Mix the two and drink straight (letting it sit under your tongue for about 10 seconds). Then drink something to get the taste out of your mouth. I guarantee this will give you your best workout ever!

Fruit Blast with Caffeine

1/2 cup of mixed berries
1/4 cup orange juice
1 cup of plain low-fat yogurt
1 tsp of liquid caffeine

Place the berries, orange juice, yogurt, an liquid caffeine in your blender and blend for about a minute (or until smooth). You can also add honey if you would like it a little sweeter.

GYM Workout

1 tsp Liquid Caffeine
1ml B12 1200 mcg
3 tbsp of amino acids
16 ozs of H2O

Definitely did the job, ha,ha…no more starbucks, dutch bros or human bean…this definitely will replace the triple expressoes…and the boys at the well, they watched in amazement as I warmed up with 225 for 15 reps (I only weight 171 lbs).
