Low vitamin D is linked to fat storage, which is one reason people gain weight in fall! I’m sure all of the delicious treats don’t help. Vitamin D deficiency is also one of the most common causes of concern in the world of health and nutrition today. While sunlight is really the best way to get Vitamin D, there are also foods and drinks that are Vitamin-D Rich. It may be hard to incorporate Liquid Caffeine into salmon or cod liver oil, but most of our Orange Juice is fortified with Vitamin D, so that is the base in our recipe today! While this may be yummy to drink, we still encourage you to get out whenever you can and enjoy nature’s Vitamin D source!

    Organic Orange Juice

  • 1 cup

    Organic Strawberries

  • 1/2 part

    Banana

  • 2 tsp

    Raw Honey

  • 1/4 cup

    Granola

  • 6

    Ice Cubes

Instructions

Grab your smoothie blender
Throw in all of your ingedients
Add in your Liquid Caffeine
Blend until the your heart's content
